I grew up in Bromley where I started dancing at age 5. I learnt ballet, disco and Scottish Country Dancing. I was part of an elite Scottish dancing troupe and we danced all over the south east including at the London Palladium and Sadlers Wells.
At 16 I started at the BRIT school and completed a BTEC Diploma in Performing Arts specialising in Dance and then an A level in Business and Music Management. I completed my teacher training 2 years later and started teaching classes in schools and gyms.

When we moved to Crowborough I started doing ballet classes and competition team dances including dancing in them myself.

In 2017 I qualified as a PBT (Progressive Ballet Technique) teacher.
I am continuing my training with short courses to enable me to progress the students further.
