I’m Sarah, I am nearly 14 and I have been cheering for just over six years. I started in Shooting stars in 2013 (rec squad) and now I’m in Cosmic (level 2 competitive squad).  Its my second family. 

 

Spirit Elite is brilliant and the coaches have been amazing and taught me so much. I love learning new skills and really enjoy the competitions.  I have also been a junior assistant coach for a year and it’s been one of the best years of my life. It’s helped me gain confidence, learn new skills and has helped me begin to learn to be a leader. 

 

With coaching, I love to see the athletes I teach improve and get new skills and know that I have helped in some small way. I enjoy building a bond with them and in the future I hope to have a career teaching children in a school or athletic setting.
