Teaching Assistant
I started dancing at the age of 2 when my mum took me to a dance class.I have been dancing for 14 years. I first started ballet when I was 2 and then when I was around 5 I started tap and modern have continued dance ever since.
Now I train in all genres of dance and am training currently at the Institute Contemporary theatre in Brighton. Which is a 2 year extended diploma in performing arts. After college I would like to qualify in acro teaching course so am able to teach acro . Also would like to take my DDE in modern, tap and ballet.
I have also now qualified with BGU in level 1/2 cheer so now coach cheer as well as teaching dance! I think my favourite part about teaching is when the children get their new skill they have been trying for a long time. When they learn a new skill it’s exciting for all the students as they like to watch and inspire each other.
Amy is BGU Level 1 & 2 qualified, safe guarding and first aid qualified. And recently completed a course on infection and prevention, covid-19 and fire risks.
