Autumn Newsletter

Hi everyone, This term has been fantastic and so BUSY! We’ve welcomed lots of new students through our doors for our open week, which was really popular also lots of our current students are now trying other disciplines which is great.

We have three New Dance teachers this year:

Hayley Page – Street and Commercial Teacher

Racheal Mitchell – Ballet and Modern Teacher as well as taking the Primary and Grade 1 combined Tap and Modern Classes.

Harry Newman – Musical Theatre Teacher

All information about our teachers can be found on our website. We have added new classes to our timetable such as Modern Classes for all ages on a Wednesday, Ballet classes for all ages on a Thursday and starting after October half term is our new Acro Classes. So if you would like to try one of these classes please get in touch!

After a very successful Show this year, the next year we will be focusing on exams and giving our students the opportunity to do them if they like.

We are also starting Parties at the studios and email with package prices will be going out ASAP! So if you want to have someone else take the stress of the party off of you get in contact.

Lastly we will be running two Christmas Workshops Thursday 20th and Friday 21 st December 10-3 both days and £20 per day this is for Children aged 4-16 and Preschool Children can come 10-12:30 for £10.

On the Thursday we will be doing scenes from the Nutcracker, which not only is a popular Christmas ballet but is a new film coming out next month! It will be ballet, contemporary and modern themed dance workshops and then we will be make ballet shoe and nutcracker crafts and also tree decorations.

The Friday will be a cheerleading and acro based day we will be making Christmas hair bows and also slime!!!

A performance will be for the parents at the end of each day.

In Cheer we now have two new Squads our Twinkle Stars who are our PreSchool Class on Wednesdays 10-10:30. Also our Adult Cheer Group Infinity Stars who train on Wednesdays 8-9. Limited space is available in our Infinity squad but still a few spaces in our twinkle stars group. Please email me if you'd like to book a free trial in either class.

Our children's recreational squads are now being run by Coach Ruby and Coach Abi and all Comp Squads are trained by Coach Cindy and myself.

We have also given some of our comp squads further opportunities to do stunt groups and cant wait to see how they get on this year!

Classes start back on Saturday 27th October and finish on Thursday 13th December! Hope you’ve all had a great half term and see you in class!
